All volumes have gilt to the top edge; foxing to front and rear prelims as well as the lower page edges; age-toning to end papers; There are a few small abrasions to the boards on some of the volumes with some splitting to the spines and end papers. One volume, ‘The Talisman’ lacks its front board. Text is clean and contents firmly bound. Centenary Edition Good. (overall condition). Binding: Hardcover. Cloth over leather spine and corners, Gilt lettering with thistle motiffs embossed in 4 of the 6 panels. Edge-wear to extremities.
