Pride and Prejudice – Austen, Jane

The second printing of the peacock edition. Bright gilt decoration to the front board and spine. Light bumps to the foredges. some wear to the head and foot of the spine. Repaired 9cm split to the bottom back edge of the spine is now barely noticeable and three other very small areas of of exposed webbing. Gilt to all page edges. Some light foxing to the prelims. Three quarters of the rear fep and prelim appear to have been eaten by an insect. Some further insect damage to the rear colophon. There is a slight lean to the spine.
