Surrounded by a group of scouts and guides as well as a group of school children. Note little boy on the right-hand side of the steps with hat but no uniform, with a finger up his nose. The Town Hall is now a museum. Lacking lower LH corner of board. Small chip and a few dirt specks above one of the windows. Condition: Fair-. Edge-wear especially to corners.
