With minutes of evidence, minutes of proceedings, map and plans. Pages 15-17 lack lower RH corners. Pages 19-23 have clear tape to reinforce lower RH corners. Some foxing, small marks, Blue pencilled number and the stamp of the State Pretoria Library on the title page. The number “O.P. 3654” is written on the front paste-down, the verso of the first title page and the verso of the second title page. The second title page has a 6cm closed tear and a 2.5cm closed tear with a 2cm open tear at the bottom edge. There are a few pages with smaller closed tears and some edge-wear. Gilt lettering to spine and front board with a number written in black khoki on the lower edge. There is a small white reference label on the spine. Rubbing and some light abrasions to the spine and front board with the remains of a label in the bottom LH corner.
