From 1927 each volume or year is divided into monthly parts. Each month with its own wrappers into which the text and plates are loosely inserted together with a title page, contents page and sheet of advertisements. 1927 – 100pp. + 72 plates. Some scratches to the portfolio boards 1928 – 98pp. + 75 plates. Plate 25 with a short tear to the margin. 1929 – 100pp. + 72 plates 1930 – 104pp. + 72 plates 1931 – 104pp. + 72 plates. Two of the ties are broken. 1932 – 128pp. + 72 plates 1933 – 156pp. + 72 plates. The correct number of plates is present, however plate 25 is duplicated and there is no plate 27. Possibly a publishing house error. 1934 – 148pp. + 72 plates. Chip to the margin of plate 13. A total of 817 plates. Heavy insect scuffing to the spines of the 1924 – 27 volumes and light damage to the other spines. Age toning and light wear to the page edges but overall a very good set. The high quality photogravure plates feature the architectural work of Le Corbusier, Robert Mallet-Stevens, Michel Roux-Spitz, André Arfvidson and others. Both architectural exteriors and interiors are shown.
