The book was hand bound into the quarter leather cases under the supervision of binding craftsman Frank Edmonstone. The text photo-set in Baskerville throughout. The preliminaries and the biography in 18 point Roman with abstractions and quotations from the original ‘Jock’ in 20 point italic.” Numerous full page colour and black & white illustrations and all the vignette illustrations.
