Pictorial bible in 5 parts with 187/188 copper plate engravings and title pages in the style of Ausburg. Mispagination at pp.27 and plate 21 not present. Previous owner’s bookplate (early 20th c.) to front paste down.

Condition: Good. Leaves foxed & yellowed, insect damage to rear pastedown. Minor tears and cockling to textblock. Engravings clear, binding intact, some initial leaves partially loosed.
Binding: Full leather.Boards are scuffed and stained. Spine chipped at head and foot the latter extending to the bottom edge of the back board. Corners bumped and worn.
