A collection of the famous Italian architectural and product design magazine from 1928 to 1964. Numbers 1 to 295, lacking no’s 68, 110 and 170 – 192. During its history Casabella featured many important architects and designers, including Franco Albini, Gae Aulenti and Marco Zanuso contiuing as creative editors. The set is in very good condition, all issues complete with covers, edndapers and advertisments. Chipping and lose to the spines of some. Occasional chipping and short tears to the wraps. A few rare examples of marginalia (probably Giani Mantero – as this collection originates from his family). Numbers 199 to 295 are hardbound in cloth covered boards with gilt embosed leather titles. 16 bound volumes, all issues complete with wraps covering the Casa Bella Continuita period from 1953 to 1964. The remaining issues are unbound. Postage on this item will need to be quoted on.
